I want it that way

What kind of act do you think is the most rewarded in this century?

 It's the act of conformity. 
Doing what others do. Thinking what others think. Following social rules mindlessly. 
Don't ever think of asking why. Don't even bother to understand. 
It is the way it is.
Shut up and be pretty.

 So when someone start asking, suddenly everybody else feel offended. 
When someone start thinking, suddenly everybody else show huge outrage.
When someone start trying, suddenly everybody else has the urge to push them down.

 Then they say,
"there's no way you could do what your heart longing to do, when I couldn't.
 There's no way you could build your soul, when I've sold my own long time ago."

 .

 So much of being free individuals.

Kuliah

Jadi kepengen nulis lagi. Walaupun tulisannya masih alay, tapi nggak apa-apalah, itung-itung latihan. Nggak kerasa udah 1 semester jadi anak kuliah. Banyak hal yang udah dilaluin di MIPA, mulai dari OKK, PSAF, OPDB, kelas, sampe sekarang lagi jadi pengganguran alias libur atau disebut juga tidur-tiduran di rumah. Udah jadi mahasiswa, berarti udah punya sebutan baru, udah punya kebebasan baru mulai dari nggak pake seragam lagi sampe satu hari bisa masuk kelas cuma 2 jam doang terus pulang, dan yang nggak kalah penting dapet tanggung jawab baru yang lebih besar. Dari mulai OKK kita para maba udah dicekokin pemikiran-pemikiran untuk ngebentuk perubahan besar buat Indonesia dan dunia. Untuk ngebangun peradaban dengan sumber daya manusianya yang tangguh. Untuk jadi mahasiswa yang nggak cuma pinter di kelas, tapi bisa juga berkontribusi buat negaranya. Ini berat. Serius, setelah ngelaluin 1 semester di sini, saya malah jadi menggembel dan melemah. Semangat OKK, PSAF, OPDB nya tuh nggak...
