When you’re overwhelmed with your thoughts, the skepticism,
those unnecessary stupid things that pollute your brain, please give yourself a
pause.
Take a break from all those BS (like) things.
Maybe you’re just tired. Those things maybe good for you when
you’re in fit condition.
When you’re on the verge of doing things that you know are bad
for you, please remember that those are alarm for you to clear your heart and
mind.
Please understand that you’re in need of spiritual dose. Those
are signs that your mentality is thirsty.
Take a very deep breath. Go outside. Do things.
When you think you’ve done many things, feel tired physically
and mentally, and think you deserved excessive resting time, then it’s time to
evaluate everything.
Time to clean your intentions and refresh your vision.
When you’re in the state of being the lowest being ever
exists, please don’t let yourself become much lower than it already is.
Please, save yourself.
